Coleen Atwood Moodboard

The element of colour in my moodboard is quite similar to the colour in Coleen Atwood's work. She uses browns, black and white with the odd splashes of colour here and there. My moodboard consists of mainly black, white, stone, pale brown and a little bit of red and blue in a few places. The pattern used in her work varies from floral to straight lines, diagonal to hearts, she uses different patterns to add different styles to each piece. My moodboard has floral patterns with swirling leaves and flowing dragons. It also has the odd circle or square in some places. I love the flowing garments shown on Coleen Atwood's moodboard and I also love the way that the patterns flow in my moodboard. Coleen Atwood's work has an old fashioned feel to it with the long dresses, stiff collars and ruffled sleeves, I also think the images on my moodboard are quite old fashioned with the stained glass windows and the stone carvings however there is also a slight modern touch shown in the bird sculpture.
